- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup frozen strawberries

- A squeeze of lime juice for extra freshness
Equipment Needed

- Cutting board
- Serving glasses
- Spatula (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Fruit
If using fresh fruit, wash all ingredients carefully.
Cut watermelon into small pieces, remove the pineapple skin and core, peel the mango, and remove strawberry stems.
Place the prepared fruit into freezer-safe containers and freeze until solid.
If using store-bought frozen fruit, it can be added directly to the blender.
Step 2: Add Liquid to the Blender
Pour water or coconut water into the blender first.
Starting with liquid helps the blades move properly and makes blending frozen ingredients easier.
Step 3: Add Frozen Fruits
Add the frozen ingredients:
- Watermelon
- Pineapple
- Mango
- Strawberries
Adding the fruit gradually helps create a smoother blend.
Step 4: Blend Until Smooth
Cover the blender and process on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
If needed, stop the blender and scrape the sides before continuing.
Step 5: Adjust Texture
For a thinner smoothie, add more water or coconut water.
For a thicker smoothie, add extra frozen fruit.
Step 6: Serve
Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
You can decorate the glass with fruit slices, mint leaves, or a small tropical garnish.

- Stir well before drinking because separation is natural.
For longer storage, freeze the smoothie in ice cube trays. When ready to enjoy blend the frozen cubes with a small amount of water until smooth again.
