Instructions:

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the turmeric powder, grated ginger (or ginger powder), and cinnamon powder.
  2. Add the fresh lemon juice and raw honey, then stir well to combine all the ingredients into a smooth, thick paste.
  3. Store the mixture in a jar or airtight container, and keep it in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  4. Take 1 teaspoon of the mixture daily, starting on the 7th day.
